Elizma brings a wealth of experience in guiding individuals and teams on their paths to self-discovery and personal growth. She completed ICF-accredited Enneagram coaching training and is qualified as a Family Law mediator.

She has worked with people in various fields (nationally and internationally), including medical, engineering, software development, performing arts, scientific research, writing, marketing, and more.

The Details

  • No! This workshop offers a brief introduction to the Enneagram type that will serve to help your team members start to identify their Enneagram type. And if you find it valuable we of course can do a complete Enneagram process with your team.

  • No there is no test or questionaire to determine your Enneagram type beforehand. The types are explored in the session.

  • The workshop is a full day and can be split across two days to accommodate schedules

  • They can be online or in-person. We are based in Cape Town South Africa, but travel all around the world to serve our clients.

    A beautiful venue with catering can be organised in Noordhoek if you want to take the workshop off site and treat your team (Highly recommended!)
